The mission of the Diluv Hutugthu Foundation (DHF) is to promote knowledge grounded in Buddhist wisdom and informed by research in contemplative sciences. Founded in 2006 by Telo Tulku Rinpoche, DHF works to promote secular ethics, education and the cultivation of human values while supporting initiatives aimed at creating a more compassionate society.
